About this event

  • No venue parking

Cost is 20 euros for a 1 hour class, 100 euros for 6 classes, student discount is available

This is a 1 hour yoga class from 10AM to 11AM, mats are included. Open level Vinyasa class taught in English. We are an inclusive community and spend time together afterwards at the local coffee shop which is an open activity for all

Please arrive 10 minutes early and wear clothes that are comfortable for movement

Yes there is a restroom in the gym you can use to change

What if I am brand new to yoga?

Great! The class is for all levels and everything we do can be adapted
